1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
Welcome to Runvixy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Runvixy website located at runvixy.myshopify.com (the "Site"), including all content, products, services, and features offered through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or engaging with any service provided by Runvixy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and refrain from making any purchases or using any services.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age, that you are using the Site under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. You further represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Runvixy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Runvixy, our customers, or third parties.
2. The Store and Products
Runvixy operates as an online retail store offering a variety of products for purchase by customers located in the United States. We strive to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, images, colors, dimensions, features, and other content displayed on the Site. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that all product information will be entirely accurate, complete, current, or error-free at all times. Product colors, sizes, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on the Site due to screen display settings, manufacturing updates, photography conditions, or supplier modifications.
Product availability is subject to change without notice due to inventory fluctuations, supplier availability, demand increases, operational limitations, or other business factors beyond our control. Runvixy reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, limit quantities of, or cease offering any product or service at any time without prior notice or liability. 3. Orders and Order Acceptance
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) specified in your order, subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Runvixy. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: product availability; errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information; suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions; issues identified by our fraud detection systems or payment processors; problems identified by our credit or fraud avoidance departments; or orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Your receipt of an order confirmation email or order number does not constitute our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation that we will be able to fill your order. Runvixy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after you have received your order confirmation. We may require additional information or verification before accepting any order. If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time period.
You agree to provide current, complete, accurate, and truthful information when placing an order, including your name, shipping address, billing address, payment information, email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the checkout process. You agree to promptly update your account and order information, including your email address, payment method details, and shipping address, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) provided in connection with any purchase.
Orders placed through the Site are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted by Runvixy. Processing time may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, promotional events, or due to operational circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays in processing your order.
4. Pricing and Sales Tax
All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise expressly stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, although price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by Runvixy. We make every effort to ensure that pricing information displayed on the Site is accurate; however, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as practicable and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you or you do not respond within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.
All prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of sales tax, use tax, and similar transaction taxes. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide and the applicable tax rates in effect at the time of your purchase. The amount of sales tax charged will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order. Runvixy collects and remits sales tax in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws, including the laws of jurisdictions where we have established nexus. Tax rates and taxability rules vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change based on applicable law.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs fees, and similar charges imposed by any governmental authority in connection with your purchase, to the extent such charges are not collected by Runvixy at the time of sale. If you are tax-exempt, you must provide valid tax exemption documentation acceptable to Runvixy and the applicable taxing authority before completing your purchase in order for tax to be waived.
5. Payment
Runvixy accepts payment through authorized third-party payment processors using major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and security technologies. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Runvixy and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including the purchase price, applicable sales tax, and any other charges disclosed during checkout.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) you provide; (ii) the payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete; (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment method provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges incurred by you at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including any applicable taxes. You agree to promptly update your payment information in the event of expiration, cancellation, loss, theft, or any other change that might affect the validity of the payment method.
Runvixy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, activity inconsistent with normal customer behavior, pricing or system errors, unauthorized use of payment methods, violations of these Terms, or other conduct that we believe in our sole discretion may expose us or our customers to harm or liability. We may use third-party fraud detection services and reserve the right to request additional verification information before accepting or processing any order. If we cancel an order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
All sales are final upon our acceptance of your order, except as provided in our Returns and Refunds Policy (referenced in Section 7 below). Payment is due immediately upon placement of your order. If payment fails for any reason, we may cancel your order and reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Runvixy ships products to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE — there are no shipping costs charged to customers for standard delivery to U.S. destinations. Orders placed through the Site are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted. Estimated delivery times within the United States are approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the customer's location, shipping carrier operations, and other factors.
Delivery time estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Actual delivery times may vary based on a variety of factors beyond Runvixy's control, including but not limited to: the shipping destination's distance from our fulfillment location; shipping carrier delays or operational issues; weather conditions; natural disasters; public health emergencies; holidays; transportation disruptions; customs processing (if applicable); incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses; unavailable recipients; access restrictions at the delivery location; and other unforeseen circumstances. Runvixy is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances or by factors outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during the checkout process. Runvixy is not responsible for shipment delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or the recipient's refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may be subject to additional verification and potential charges. Risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available from the carrier). You may use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, or if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us promptly using the contact information provided in Section 15 below.

7. Returns and Refunds
Runvixy offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products. Please note that under U.S. federal law, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off period" for online purchases. Our 30-day return window is Runvixy's own policy and represents the period within which you may request a return of eligible products.
Customers may request returns and refunds in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and procedures outlined in the Return and Refund Policy. To be eligible for a return, products must generally be unused, in their original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Approved returns within the United States may qualify for free return shipping in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other Content on the Site, except as expressly permitted in these Terms, is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Runvixy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not: (i) copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any Content in any form or by any means without our prior written consent; (ii) modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Content or technology underlying the Site; (iii) use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Site; (iv) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from any Content; or (v) use the Site or Content for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or Content may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, communications, and other laws, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Runvixy reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. Any feedback, comments, suggestions, or other communications you provide to Runvixy regarding the Site or our products or services may be used by Runvixy without restriction or compensation to you, and you hereby assign all right, title, and interest in such feedback to Runvixy.
9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Runvixy, a Runvixy employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity;
- To engage in any other conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site;
- To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Site for
